Congratulations to Mike Martinez’s 14u team who played extremely well this weekend. They went 3-1 on the weekend with a tough semi-final loss to the Lakewood Rage. RDB had Lakewood on the ropes when Alex Wakely hit a right center shot with runners on 2nd and 3rd and their center fielder made a game saving diving play. The hit could have tied the ball game up with RDB having the final crack at winning the game.
Outstanding pitching performances this weekend from Kenneth Pettibone, James Tan, Jared Cardenas and Austin Reynolds. The team allowed 11 runs in four games on the weekend.
